Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit PDN 's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities, and PDN reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation, all rights and remedies available to it at law or in equity.

Termination

PDN may terminate a subscriber immediately without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

You agree that the laws of the Stat of California apply to any issue that may arise with PDN regarding this site, and to settle such dispute in the courts located within the County of Los Angeles, State of California.
